Who we are

W&M Websolutions is a Dutch software agency. Questions about this policy or your data? Email us at info@wm-websolutions.nl.

What data we collect

Only what you enter in the contact form yourself:

• your name
• your email address
• your company name (optional)
• your message

In addition, your IP address is processed briefly for technical purposes: for spam prevention when the form is submitted and in our hosting provider's server logs. We do not use it to identify you and do not store it in our database.

What we use your data for

We use this data solely to answer your inquiry and, where relevant, to start a collaboration. The legal basis is taking (pre)contractual steps at your request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not send newsletters and do not add you to mailing lists.

Where your data is stored

Form submissions are stored in our database at Neon (PostgreSQL), hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). The website is hosted on Vercel, with server functions in the EU region Frankfurt; Vercel is a US company and processes data under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. For sending email (your confirmation and our notification) we use Resend, a US-based processor; that transfer also relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep your data

We keep your inquiry for as long as needed to handle it, and no longer than 12 months after the last contact. If you become a client, we keep the data needed for the project and our bookkeeping (statutory retention: 7 years for administrative records).

Who we share data with

We never sell your data. We only share it with the processors listed above (Vercel, Neon, Resend) to the extent technically necessary.

Cookies

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics that follow you. Only a functional cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) is used to remember your language choice (Dutch/English). No consent is required for that.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, and data portability. Email us at info@wm-websolutions.nl: we will confirm your request within one business day and handle it within one month at the latest (art. 12(3) GDPR). You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.
